A Business Health Check is an intense, short duration review of the critical processes involved in a business or part of the business. Its sole aim is to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

Often these obvious targets are just the results of other issues that remain hidden from view. In this way any improvement program designed to eliminate the apparent problem will have only limited success and will not be the optimum solution.
