How We Work

Although innovative, the approaches we use to work with groups and individuals have been around a long time, and have been effective in all kinds of contexts and in many countries around the world. Whatever the environment (community organisation, government, private sector, NGOs) and whatever the cultures present, we all like to contribute to something important, something bigger than themselves. It is on this desire to accomplish something that we will draw, on the passion for a common goal. |

We will thus allow each participant to contribute his or her very best, for the benefit of the entire group and organisation.
In a climate of equality, respect and trust, we will:
- Overcome the usual hierarchical obstacles that are inherent in most organisations,
- Explore ideas and possibilities,
- Have authentic and productive conversations, and
- Accomplish much more than we would have in a traditional meeting format.
